The First Thirty Years. 

Many of the world’s leading professional golfers competed in the McGregor Trophy as youngsters, and fondly remember the important part the tournament played in their development. The McGregor Trophy was inaugurated in 1982, and quickly attracted top boy golfers from throughout the UK and Europe.
